What is a stretch tent?

Modern stretch tents, originating in South Africa, consist of a fabric membrane tensioned over freestanding poles. Inspired by the proven design of Bedouin tents, they use contemporary waterproof and fire-resistant composite fabrics. Their inherent flexibility allows them to be pitched in numerous configurations, creating a bespoke look for any event. Highly versatile, stretch tents can be installed on most surfaces, including uneven ground, and can even be anchored to buildings to provide a semi-permanent covered area.
